What positions are typically open at First Class Security?
We are continually hiring unarmed and armed security officers, dispatch supervisors, account managers, and field supervisors. Specific open positions are listed on our BambooHR career portal.
Do I need prior security experience to apply?
Not always. We hire both experienced security professionals and motivated candidates from related fields, including military, law enforcement, customer service, and hospitality. Tennessee state certification is required for licensed positions, and we help candidates through that process.
What does training look like?
All officers complete state required training (armed or unarmed depending on assignment), plus structured on site post orientation specific to the property they will work. Ongoing training in customer service, de escalation, and emergency response is part of every officer's career path.
