Every event detail starts with a walk through. We map ingress and egress, identify chokepoints, locate AEDs and exits, coordinate with venue staff and any required law enforcement, and write a one page security plan that everyone on the team works from.
On site, we lead with hospitality. Officers greet, direct, and assist. They are radio coordinated, report through a single command supervisor for larger events, and document any incident in real time. After the event, you get a clean post event report covering every touchpoint.
