Most vendors rent you a trailer and walk away. First Class Security operates the full system. Solar powered surveillance unit, 24 / 7 live monitoring, real time talk down through the trailer speakers when a verified intrusion happens, and our own uniformed patrol officers dispatched to your site if the intruder does not leave. From the camera on the pole to the officer at your gate, it is all us.
Each unit runs autonomously on solar with battery backup, streams continuously to a live monitoring center, and triggers a tiered response the moment an intrusion is verified. Audio talk down by name and location. Siren if the intruder does not leave. FCS patrol dispatched, typically on scene within 30 minutes, with Metro Nashville Police coordinated as needed.
Flexible month to month or annual terms, deployable in days, no site power or internet required.

The Four Step Tiered Response
When the cameras detect motion, our monitoring center verifies whether it is a real intrusion. If it is, the response escalates step by step until the threat clears or law enforcement is on scene.
Audio Talk Down
Our monitoring operator addresses the intruder live through the trailer speakers, by description and location. "You in the gray hoodie, near the south fence, this is a monitored property. Leave the area now." Most intruders leave inside 30 seconds.
Siren and LED Activation
If the intruder does not comply, the operator triggers the trailer siren and intensifies LED deterrent lighting. The combination is loud, bright, and intentionally hard to ignore.
FCS Patrol Dispatch
Our uniformed patrol officer is dispatched to your site directly. Typical on scene window of 30 minutes inside our Middle Tennessee coverage area. The operator stays on the cameras the entire time.
Law Enforcement Coordination
If the situation warrants, we contact Metro Nashville Police directly with a verified intrusion in progress, video evidence, and a description ready for responding officers. You are not the one making the call.
First Class Security vs. a Trailer Only Vendor
Renting a camera trailer is the easy part. The question to ask any vendor is what happens after the trailer detects something. Here is how we compare to the typical mobile surveillance rental shop.
| Decision factor | First Class Security | Typical Trailer Rental Vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Camera trailer hardware | Solar powered, 360 degree HD, thermal, two way audio | Comparable hardware |
| 24 / 7 live monitoring | Included, in house, Nashville based operators | Often add on or outsourced to a national center |
| Real time talk down | Trained operator addresses the intruder live | Varies, sometimes pre recorded message |
| On the ground patrol response | FCS uniformed officers dispatched, 30 minute typical on scene window | Not offered, you call the police yourself |
| Law enforcement coordination | We contact Metro PD with verified intrusion and video | You coordinate yourself |
| Local presence | Nashville based since 2010, locally owned | Often national rental fleet, no local boots |
| Contract terms | Month to month or annual | Often long term lease only |
| Single vendor accountability | One contract, one bill, one team for hardware, monitoring, and response | Multiple vendors stitched together |
Why a Trailer Often Beats Hiring More Officers
Common Use Cases
Active construction sites
Deter copper, lumber, and equipment theft on multi month builds without paying for an officer overnight.
Parking lots and impound
Permanent visibility on lots that have had break in, vandalism, or graffiti issues.
Auto dealerships
After hours coverage of inventory rows, tire and rim theft hot spots, and lot perimeters.
Temporary events and pop ups
Drop in coverage for festivals, build out periods, and short term venue activations.
Equipment yards
Heavy equipment storage, container yards, and contractor staging areas.
Vacant commercial property
Properties between tenants or under renovation where intrusion is the main risk.
When a Camera Trailer Beats a Camera or an Officer
Fixed cameras require power, internet, mounting, and a building. Officers cost an order of magnitude more and cover one location at a time. A mobile surveillance unit threads the needle: self powered, self contained, deployable in days, and visibly deterrent the moment it lands on your site.
Mobile surveillance is the right tool for unattended assets, intermittent coverage windows, multi month construction projects, and properties where adding a permanent officer is not the most cost effective answer. Where you need an officer on site, we will tell you that and put one there. Where you do not, the trailer almost always wins on cost, coverage, and deterrence.
Properties Built for Mobile Surveillance
Mobile surveillance units are designed for sites where intrusion, theft, and vandalism are the primary risk and a permanent officer is not the right answer.
